Can I cancel my order?

We are dedicated to provide efficient shipment of your jewelry. We typically process and send orders in 1 to 3 days. If you need to cancel your order within this period, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible. We’ll try our best to fulfill your request.

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to cancel your order after it has been sent. However, you are allowed to return your item within 10 days after receipt if the product does not fullfill your expectations. You must return the item unworn and in its original packaging, and the return costs are not covered.

What are your shipping options?

Currently we ship all our orders with Canada Post.

We have two options:

  • The Economic shipping, it usually takes between 3 to 12 days depending on your location. It also does not come with a tracking number. The cost for this option is 2.34$
  • The Standard shipping, it usually takes between 1 to 12 days depending on your location. It also come with a tracking number. The cost for this option is 14.97$

We offer free shipping on orders over 60$.

Please also note that we take between 1-3 business day to ship the orders so add this in your calculations for when you’ll receive your order.

  3. Investigation: Once you contact us, we will promptly investigate the issue to determine the cause of the delay. This may involve checking the status with the shipping carrier or identifying any potential issues in the order processing.
  4. Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we will offer resolution options, which may include, reshipping your order if it’s lost or significantly delayed or providing a store credit.

My jewelry broke/got damaged in the shipping 🙁

You may be sure that if your jewellery gets damaged or arrives broken, we will take care of it. Any damaged components can be free-of-charge fixed or replaced by us.

Simply contact us at to arrange for the return of your item. Your item will be returned to you for free after we take care of the repair or replacement. We want every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, therefore we will do all in our power to ensure that you can enjoy your jewellery for many years to come.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. We currently exclusively ship our products in Canada and USA. However, we are making every effort to increase the shipping options we provide in order to reach you anywhere on the globe! For updates on this subject, follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

Will I be charged Customs Fees/Import duties to receive my order?

Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related charges upon arrival. Any extra costs, including tariffs, import fees, and surcharges imposed by the destination country, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Spike N Chains cannot be held responsible for, nor can we anticipate in advance, the precise amount, if any, of these charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to confirm whether any supplementary fees will be applied to your order.

By placing an order, you are acknowledging your agreement to cover any additional fees that may be incurred upon receiving the package. In the event that these fees are not paid in full, resulting in the return of the order to us, the outstanding charges will be subtracted from the refund amount.


How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Keep them away from water, like gremlins, they hate it.
  • Utilize a microfiber cloth to occasionally polish them.
  • Give them their own space, like in a jewelry box or soft pouch.
  • Avoid putting chemicals directly on your jewelry (perfume, lotion, hair products, etc).

By following these tips, your jewelry will be the sharpest accessory in town.

Is Spike N Chains's Jewelry Waterproof?

While a lot of pieces are 100% stainless steel and won’t tarnish, we do not recommend wearing any jewelry in water. Avoiding contact with water will help you preserve your jewelry as long as possible.

Your jewelry is too big/small for me... 🙁

Don’t worry babe! We take pride in providing EVERYONE with access to all of our jewellery. Please understand that we do our best to make sizes that fit everyone, so don’t hold it against us. “We” is just one person (me ahaha) doing her best to include everyone. BUT in an effort to make our jewellery accessible to all, if the sizes offered for necklaces and bracelets aren’t the right fit for you, let us know! You can simply add a note when you check out or contact us at with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.🖤

The stone I received looks different to the image.

Please remember that no two pieces will be precisely same because of the natural differences in these stones. Although we try to correctly depict each piece in our product images, if you compare the stone’s look to what you see on our website, a difference may occur.

What materials is your jewelry made of?

The majority pieces we use are made of stainless steel and alloy. To add colour and texture to our creations, we also employ a variety of natural stones and acrylic beads. We make every attempt to disclose as clearly as possible the materials used in each piece since we are aware that some people may be sensitive to specific materials.

Can I get a allergic reaction?

We are aware that some people can be allergic to or sensitive to particular metals. This is why we give meticulous thought to the components that go into making each piece of jewellery and also why we specifically list te components of every pieces in our store.

We advise anyone with a high sensitivity to metal to choose designs with stainless steel components even if some of our charms could have other elements that could induce a response. This might add an additional degree of security.

Do you take custom orders?

While we’re more than happy to consider minor adjustments to our existing designs, we regret to inform you that we do not undertake the creation of entirely custom jewelry pieces. Do you repair jewelry?

We offer reparation to all of the jewelry we sell! If you have any issues with your purchased jewelry, whether it’s a minor repair or requires more extensive attention, please reach out to We will assist you in initiating the repair process, ensuring that your jewelry is restored to its original beauty. The price of the repair varies depending on your needs, simply write us and we will provide you with the price of your repairs.

* Please note that in the case of repairing a charm or anything related to jewelry we do not carry anymore, we may not be able to fulfil the repair since we may not have the stocks available to replace the broken pieces.

What currency are your products in?

Our whole website currently uses the Canadian currency. So if you order from USA, the amount charge to your card will be less than what is shown on our website.

Sure, we do! We place more value on how you fit with our brand and how you engage with it than on the number of followers you have.
